MISSION STATEMENT |
The Mission of the Jersey City Public Schools’ Adult Education Program is to ensure that all students become lifelong learners and are able to successfully develop critical-thinking and problem solving skills, positive attitudes, and acquire the knowledge necessary to become productive and socially responsible citizens in a technology-based global society.
The Adult Education program provides a partnership within the community to teach and guide a diverse population of adult learners as they identify and strive to reach their personal goals.
As we prepare our adult learners to live and work in a diverse and global environment, we will provide positive and productive lifelong learning experiences in the context of a culturally sensitive and responsive climate that respects and addresses the needs of all of its students.
