Mission Statement
The Department of Curriculum and Instruction advocates and supports quality teaching and learning so that all students maximize their academic potential and achieve at the highest level through
• Designing, developing and implementing a standards-based curriculum that is rigorous, aligned to state standards and meets individual learning needs; and,
• Ensuring that all professional staff members possess the content knowledge and skills required to provide quality instruction designed to continually improve student performance.
