Children must be 3 years old
by October 1, 2007 in order to attend our Abbott Childcare Provider Program.

Children must be 4 years old
by October 1, 2007 in order to attend our District Pre-Kindergarten Program.

The following is required at the time of registration:

* Child must accompany parent/guardian.

* Child must be four years of age on or before October 1, 2007.

* Original birth certificate must be presented.

* Proof of residency in Jersey City (utility or phone bill).

* Child's record of immunization.
