The S.T.A.R.S. Program is a morning school child care program offered to Jersey City residents for a fee. Children participating may be enrolled in a public or non-public school. Transportation is NOT provided.
How does the S.T.A.R.S. Program work?
The S.T.A.R.S. Program is currently being piloted at six Jersey City Public Schools; No. 3, 6, 11, 17, 20, 25, 28, 30, and 37. We anticipate opening more S.T.A.R.S. schools as we survey parents and hire staff. Print and complete application below. Then fax it to 201-332-8445.

Childrens' After School Program for Education and Recreation
The C.A.S.P.E.R. Program is an after school child care program offered to Jersey City residents for a fee. Children participating may be enrolled in a public or non-public school. Transportation is NOT provided
Where can I find the C.A.S.P.E.R. Program?
The C.A.S.P.E.R. Program is available in all the Jersey City Public Schools that have Pre-Kindergarten through grade four students-ages 4 through 10.
What are the hours?
The C.A.S.P.E.R. Program operates from 2:45 to 6:00 PM on school days which are in full session. The C.A.S.P.E.R. Program does not operate on any scheduled half-days, emergency closing days or elementary open house days.
