Awards Night
Twice annually Liberty High School celebrates our students' academic achievements by hosting an awards ceremony for students and their families.
Shakespeare Festival at Liberty High School
Event Organizer
Event organizer, Anayra Calderon, helps serve food during the event.
This year's Shakespeare Festival was a whole-school effort. Students observed classroom activities highlighting various aspects of the Elizabethan experience, including information about Shakespeare's life, topics in the Arts and Humanities, Math, and Sciences. There was also a recitation contest, interactive, multimedia presentations, and a sampling of period foods.

In order to celebrate the accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Liberty High School offered a school-wide program including orations, singing, and dancing.
Black History Month Activity
Bulletin Board
As part of the Black History Month Celebration at Liberty High School, students developed an interactive bulletin board. The board included pictures and information about prominent African Americans, a timeline of events, and an interactive crossword puzzle.
HSPA Pep Rally

Mr. Monir offers some Math tips.
To help support and encourage students preparing to take the High School Proficiency Assessment, Liberty High School provided these students with a pep rally. Last minute tips and suggestions were offered by students who had taken the test. Faculty members offered tips, suggestions, and encouragement.
