We envision a school that supports effective learning through a school environment that provides unilateral equity as it supports the teachers in a professional way. This environment will address the concerns and needs of the students and teachers. There will be an atmosphere of mutual respect and it will be a safe and secure place to be. The leadership will be effective and the staff will be cooperative. The school will be safe and clean. Parent involvement will increase. Positive student behavior and a positive social climate will be encouraged and evident.
We envision a school that produces students that are well rounded and creative. They will be assessed in a variety of ways that will help them increase their test scores. They will be continuously maximizing their potential. Teachers will engage students in meaningful learning experiences that integrate technology into the curriculum. These experiences will give students opportunities to think critically and analytically. We envision a school of problem solvers and decision-makers. We envision our students being life long learners that will be able to function successfully in society |
