Public School Twenty continues on its successful journey as a Comer Community. We remain committed to individual and collective responsibility for lifelong learning for all members of our especially diverse population. A Pre- Kindergarten to Grade Five School, it is our belief that all children can be successful when challenged. Our Primary School setting fosters a child-centered environment. Our faculty is thus able to further focus on the needs of our young children from age four through adolescence.

As a Comer school, all members of our extended family within our community of learners work together to realize improvement. As schools cannot do it alone, we need our parents as our partners in meeting the challenge of giving our students the best possible education. We have in place our Parents as Partners program, which encourages parents to come in and work with teachers in their classroom and participate in school-related activities. We also have our Parent Team that meets bi-monthly to facilitate the Comer Process for the development of the whole child.
