School Vision
We at Webb Elementary are dedicated to developing and nurturing the maximum academic, creative, moral, behavioral and social potential in every child. To this end, we establish an environment, which combines flexible grouping, project-based learning and performance-enhancing models with applications to real-world experiences to stimulate active student participation. The students are provided with opportunities to acquire skills necessary to become responsible and productive citizens, skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving techniques, confident with self, comfortable with living and working with all people, and willing to assist others in achieving the same success. Maximizing instructional time and continuous articulation among staff members will allow us to provide the necessary skills to assist our diverse student population in meeting the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards and enable our primary children to read by the end of the third grade. |
