VISION STATEMENT
The Alexander D. Sullivan School is striving to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century. We are becoming the locus for developing a Technologically Literate School Community. Students of today need to be prepared for a new world of tomorrow. Understanding where to find information and learning how to use it will be the keys to success. Developing these skills will be the essential measure of a successful school.

Our school has a solid infrastructure that allows all classes to have instant access to the Internet. Each class has at least three computers, a scanner, VCR, and a large television monitor that allows the Internet to provide information on a variety of topics to the whole class.

We maintain a multi-media component to our assessment process. This kind of assessment requires each child to research, integrate various media technologies, and present it to our panel of independent community members.

The activities described above, plus the daily integration of technology and our project based learning activities help students improve their academic performance today and prepare them to be effective citizens of tomorrow.
