"On Tuesday, January 30th, 2007, the sixth grade teachers and students of Ezra L Nolan Middle School participated in creating an ongoing memorial of hearts and names for the fallen troops in the Iraq War. |

The project designed, “Remembering Our Troops Hearts Memorial” was placed in the hallway of our first floor. One heart with a name was placed for every fallen soldier in the Iraq war." Students were able to gain an understanding of the price paid by these soldiers in Iraq. |
