Ezra L. Nolan Middle School offers a variety of educational programs and school activities for all students.
The school's mission is to ensure an educational environment which meets the physical, intellectual, and social-emotional needs of early adolescent learners while promoting individual success.
The school provides a rigorous academic program for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. In addition to our regular education program, we have Special Education, Bilingual and E.S.L. classes. Also, we offer challenging learning opportunities in academic areas, such as Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Health. Furthermore, we offer exploratory classes. These include: Life Skills, Computers Applied Technology, Physical Education, Vocal/Instrumental, Music, Art, Swimming, World Languages, etc. We also offer extended day courses, such as art appreciation, dance, Spanish club, newspaper club, art club, and computer club. Our school is also one of three that has the 21st Century after school program. |
