Sam's Club and MS #41

Sam’s Club of Secaucus, NJ, wanted to reward teachers in Hudson County for all the work they do on a daily basis in educating the students that live in the county.  There were ten teachers selected from North Bergen, Jersey City, and Secaucus.  A Jersey City recipient, Esther Masiello, was from our very own MS #41. All the selected teachers were received with a small reception of food and each were given a certificate of appreciation and a gift card of $100 to use at Sam’s Club or Walmart. The money Ms. Masiello received went to buying a 50ft. Ethernet cable for her classroom so she could access the Internet using the SMART board and board games for her class.  To show their appreciation, Ms. Masiello’s students will be singing a Thank You card, which will be delivered to Sam’s Club. She and her students would also like to thank David Herman, school CCT, for bringing them together.
