School Rules and Uniform Policy

Homework

  • Homework is assigned on a daily basis including weekends. It is intended to be an extension of classroom learning.

  • Homework should be reviewed by parents/guardians on a continual basis.  This gives parents/guardians the opportunity to be involved in their child’s education along with keeping them informed and aware of their child’s current skills and classroom activities.

Attendance

  • The Board of Education Policy states that students are required to be in school every day except in cases of illness, death in family or excused religious holidays.

  • Students returning from an absence must bring a note from home stating the date and reason for absence.

  • Excessive absences may result in the student being retained.

PARENTS MUST CALL: 201-451-8555 BY 9:00AM TO NOTIFY MS. RONEY OF ABSENCE FOR THE DAY.
