Carlis Ragland won 1st place and Nasieke Smith placed 3rd in the city-wide Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. oratory competition held at City Hall. Mr. Jorge Fernandez, Principal of Public School #20 and Mr. Reginald Byrd, fifth grade teacher who coached the students, proudly accompanied the students to the State Governor's Office in Trenton, NJ.
