National Junior Honor Society

The James F. Murray School is proud to have inducted the first members of our National Junior Honor Society Chapter on January 14, 2010. Parents, Shaun Connors, Jersey City Board Member, Dr. Michael Winds, Division A Special Assistant, Mary Beth Maloney, Supervisor of Guidance, attended the ceremony to congratulate the students on their achievement. The National Junior Honor Society prides itself on citizenship, leadership, service, character, and scholarship. Twenty-three students in grades seven and eight met the rigorous requirements set by the National Junior Honor Society.
