Mystery Science Fun at Dr. Maya Angelou PS #20

Fourth Grade students at the Dr. Maya Angelou Elementary Public School #20 enjoy using their Mystery Science kits.  Students discovered the basics of how their eyes work, and figured out some of the causes of vision problems. In this eye model activity, students developed a working model of a human eye. They used a magnifying lens as a model of the cornea to explore how the structure of this lens is related to the function of our eyes.
