Board Trustee-Alpa Patel

Alpa Patel is a Jersey City Heights resident with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Master of Business Administration. She is the daughter of a former college professor in Gujarat, India and graduated from Christian Schools in New Jersey and North Carolina.

Ms. Patel enjoys volunteering in the community. She volunteered at a homeless shelter, Hindu temple, and local events such as Earth Day cleanups and planting flowers to beautify Hudson County.  The goal for the school board is to strive for efficiency, accountability, transparency, and collaboration. She hopes to use her strong skills in community services from volunteering at a homeless shelter, American Red Cross, animal shelter, and more in order to bring the community together to resolve issues and create a better future.

Alpa's goal is to bridge gaps between various agencies and non profits and the JCBOE so that resources can be shared more easily to benefit our students and our school community.
