Student Life and Services
At the Department of Student Life and Personnel Services, we are dedicated to supporting students with programs that uphold high standards and a commitment to both academic and social-emotional excellence. We provide a robust continuum of services grounded in a whole-child approach, ensuring every student is supported in their growth and success.
Our services include behavioral health support, a multi-tiered system of academic, behavioral and social-emotional learning interventions, bullying prevention initiatives, before- and after-school care, restorative practices and strong community partnerships. Together, these efforts aim to close achievement gaps, ensuring access to an excellent education for every student. We view each child’s academic, physical, cultural, and social development as a shared responsibility among students, families, and staff.
Our goal is to address the unique learning needs of every student as they navigate the challenges of college and career readiness. This work is achieved through a collaborative team approach involving teachers, school counselors, clinicians, administrators, families, and community agencies. As we adapt to an ever-changing world, the Department remains committed to building programs that meaningfully connect school, home, and community in ways that best serve our students
